Today we prepare to load the pre-processing line to one domestic client’s vacuum fried fruit crisps factory. This client’s main products are okra crisps, banana chips, mushroom chips and lotus root chips. The pre-processing line includes cutter, peeling machine, washing machine ang blanching machine.
We will also design specific process parameters for clients’ different product to make sure getting higher quality final fruit and vegetable chips compared to the similar snacks in the market, to help clients to expand the market and get greater economic benefits.
