BAYI has developed the sixth-generation sweet vacuum fryer with multiple automatic functions and reasonable design, could manufacture based on clients’ special requirements, help clients produce higher quality vacuum fried sweet potato chips compared to similar snacks in the market.

① Sweet potato slices/ strips: 3-5mm
② Frying time: 60 min
③ Frying temperature: 80-90℃
④ Fresh or frozen: frozen
⑤ Input and output ratio: 3:1
