As a tropical country, Vietnam has a variety
of tropical fruit, like banana, jackfruit…and the annual output is very huge. To
prolong shelf life and get more benefit, producing vacuum fried fruit chips is
a better choice. Nowadays vacuum fried fruit chips are very popular in the
international market. Natural color, crispy taste and lower oil fat content
compared with ordinary deep frying. The chips are particular healthy for all
age people, especially vegetarians.
We get one order from one Vietnam client to
manufacture 20 sets of vacuum fryers for vacuum frying tropical fruit. His products
are banana chips and jackfruit chips. This customer has a large farm of banana
and jackfruit. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, his export business has been closed
for about half year and reduced much income.

De-oiling process is done in the same chamber of vacuum frying, so the oil content is very lower than other de-oiling ways.
