vegetable chips process factories adopt alone de-oiling machine to reduce oil content.
But the vacuum fried chips oil content can’t be reduced in large amounts, the oil
will also contaminate the operation workshop and environment.
When break the vacuum condition, the
surface oil will move into the chips, and then it is difficult to remove in
ordinary de-oiling machine, even though the rotary speed is very high.
Meanwhile, the high rotary speed will increase
electric cost and destroy the final chips complete shape.
We design automatic de-oiling function in
the frying chamber, the de-oiling process could be finished in the vacuum
condition and avoid the disadvantages of alone de-oiling machines. We can remove
a large amount of oil with lower rotary speed (≤300rpm)
and reduce manpower cost. Finally we can get higher quality vacuum fried fruit
and vegetable chips with lower oil content, compare with other similar fruit
and vegetable chips in the market.
