Introduction

Electric heating vacuum frying is a frying process below atmospheric pressure (~100kpa). At reduced pressure, the boiling point of oil and water is lower compared to atmospheric pressure. Palm oil as heat transfer medium and electricity as the heating source to heat the oil directly, water will be evaporated from fruit and vegetable rapidly to achieve the purpose of drying.


Dure to a lower frying temperature, vacuum frying better preserves the nutritional value, aroma, and color of the fried product compared to atmospheric frying.


BAYI electric heating vacuum fryer is made of food grade stainless steel material,the heating pipe is configured in the oil storage tank and oil circulation pipe to heat the oil directly. Heating fast, no other ancillary facilities; Compact structure, small footprint; Low investment cost.
